Are you aware of what happens when your ps3 beeps 3 times? You must first test the consoles connections to the power outlet and TV. After you’ve verified the connections switch off the unit manually via the onboard switch in the rear, disengage all cables, and then remove the hard drive.Check after 10 minutes,  reattach the cables, hit the switch, and see if this solves your problem.
