Seller Financing Contract

In all matters pertaining to owner financed real estate practices and transactions, care must be given to the most important part of a transaction: the seller financing contract. Balance is the keyword with regard to this aspect of the transaction. The things that require balance are cost and effectiveness. You cannot sacrifice cost for effectiveness and vice versa. When it comes to costs, I am talking about possible legal fees that you might incur for the drafting of the document. When it comes to effectiveness, I am referring to the soundness and validity of the contract that is required for the transaction to commence.
