Eventually I decided that there were a few pieces of property that I would be better off selling. I did not want to sell anything for too low of a price, so I asked Illinois condo appraisal to come look at the properties. They let me know the value of the houses so that I could list them fairly. Sorting through my father’s assets has been very difficult, but getting an appraisal simplified the process considerably!
