Could Re-Selling Houses Be My Ticket To Fortune?

I’ve always wanted to get into the wholesale real estate market. I’ve seen the potential for a long time, but just haven’t been able to make the transition from thinking and studying about it to doing it. There are so many distressed properties out there, some in good condition, others really need a lot of fixing up. But, I’ve always been somewhat of a handyman and I know that I could get these houses back into shape and re-sell them. Even in a bad economy, there are people looking to buy houses and there is money to be made. I want to be one of the moneymakers.
