Addressing Leadership Improvments Was Our Goal

With our manufacturing lead personnel, we wanted to address leadership improvements in our manufacturing training and the steps that they could take to carry these improvements out, both quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the DVD and CD-ROM courses that we were able to obtain online, we were able to create a training program that was unique to our employees and our needs. The DVD course far exceeded the expectations that we had and we were able to effectively communicate the supervisory requirements that we were looking for to all of our lead personnel. Since then, we’ve seen marked improvements and we’ll be sure to get more courses from this website in the future.
