Introducing Toddler To New Bed

February 18, 2010 on 4:47 am | By | In Home | Comments Off

It can be difficult to get a reluctant toddler to accept that they are no longer going to sleep in their comfortable crib. After all, they have spent their whole two years of life in there, and it is familiar and safe. If you are still a few months or a year away from this change, then it is good to get a life stage crib and bed. This is a crib that will later convert into a toddler bed.  A great investment considering you will use it for five or six years. If it is too late for that, then another great idea is to move the crib bedding set into the new toddler bed. This will provide a level of comfort to your child. Oh, and don’t forget that you should not use a full sized pillow. Instead, purchase a toddler pillow. This is much safer for your child.
