Doctor’s Orders

I had a doctors appointment before work this morning. My doctor recommended I purchase a steam shower bath for my new home. He said that my muscle tension and stress could be relieved by taking a nightly steam bath. Since we are in the process of building our home this would not be difficult to do. I am going to talk to my husband about doing this. I have had so many problems with sore muscles and sleep problems lately, that I would be willing to try anything. I know my husband is worried about me too, so I have a feeling he will support this idea 100%.
