And restaurants will almost always use the fattest, the oilest, the sweetest, the saltiest, and the greasiest ingredients, unless otherwise specific on the menu. So you need to take into account that their foods are not fat-free, they contain oil, they are loaded with sugar, and salt, and everything else.
