Combat Bad Breath

To combat bad breath you need to floss daily. Getting in between your teeth and getting rid of the gunk stuck there will help to reduce the foul odor in your mouth. Also, brush your tongue when you brush your teeth. Your tongue is a breeding ground for bacteria. These bacteria lead to foul odor in your mouth. Also, drinking at least eight glasses of water daily will help to not only keep your body hydrated, but your mouth as well. Dry mouth can cause bad breath. These are just a few of the ways on how to get rid of bad breath.
