Antioxidants in the diet can help to lose belly fat!

It is widely known fact that each and every cell in our body uses oxygen for survival and carrying out other essential processes. But while the oxygen is being used by the cells, a lot of free radicals are formed and they cause damage to our body. The antioxidants are nutrients present in our food that can actually scavenge on the free radicals. To lose belly fat, it is very much necessary to eat food stuff rich in antioxidants so that the interference of free radicals with the fat metabolism is low. Almost every fruit and vegetable has a certain quantity of antioxidant contained in them. So always include servings of fruits and vegetables with your meal to keep your body nourished with antioxidants.
