Wondering What the Average Accountant Salary Is

November 19, 2009 on 5:33 pm | By | In Reference

I have been thinking about a career change. If I do change jobs, I will have to go back to school, which obviously costs money. So, I would need to pick a career that pays well. I am wondering what the average accountant salary is. I think that I would be good at something like that since I like working with numbers. I have been asking around but also looking online to see what kind of information I can find. If it pays as well as I hope, then I think I will see what classes I need to take to change career paths.

The Many Benefits Of NLP Techniques

November 17, 2009 on 1:59 pm | By | In Reference

I was reading this book the other day about the benefits of NLP. It was going over all the different ways you can use NLP Techniques in your daily life. You can use it to improve your communication, you can use it to enhance your body language reading skills, you can even use it to hypnotize people without them even knowing what you are doing. And many people claim that most of the world’s most popular politicians are secret masters of NLP. I’m not sure if I believe that, but it would make sense if they were. One thing that you can do with NLP is to become really popular with other people.

Lies about Mormons

November 7, 2009 on 4:06 am | By | In Reference

I just did a search for “mormon cult” and what I found was offensive, but it left me giggling at the same time. It says that there is a “mormon conspiracy” and that we are manipulated through guilt and fear. I don’t know how anyone could spend years in the church and make such a claim. Other sites are determining either or – are we a mormon cult or are we Christian? Christianity was once considered a cult too and is something people apparently forget or didn’t realize in the first place. I can’t believe the lies some people tell.

This Tutor Has Helped Our Kids So Much

October 6, 2009 on 3:55 pm | By | In Reference

We never thought that our kids would ever be in need of a tutor but we were wrong. We realised that we needed to find a tutor for our eldest son when he started to let his grades drop. We started by doing a search for “tutor London” online and were lucky enough to find the right one right off the bat. Not only have they helped our son but the tutor suggested helping our other kids as well. They haven’t been having trouble in class but the extra help could help them achieve even greater understanding, we agreed and we are very glad we did. Private tuition has enabled our children to go through school without struggling with exams and so the extra cost of hiring a tutor has been well worth it. They have enjoyed school a lot more as a result – there is nothing worse than a child who struggles to keep up with the other children in their class, if they do then they won’t be able to enjoy sports or just playing with their friends.

I’m Happy to Have Worked As a Tutor

September 25, 2009 on 2:45 am | By | In Reference

Teaching is truly a wonderful profession and I’m really happy to have been a private tutor for a span of 3 whole years. Physics has always held my interest and I wanted to impart the knowledge I had gathered to all students who are eager to master the science. This made me work part time as a physics tutor. I’ve trained up nearly 70 students so far and all have either secured seats in reputed institutions or scored high grades in their school examinations. Many of my students are still in touch with me and consult me for career or academic advices. I know the value of knowledge and the importance of a guide. I feel very much glad about the fact that I serve as a guide to many aspiring students.

Blessings of having a gay mormon friend

September 25, 2009 on 2:31 am | By | In Reference

One of my gay mormon friends is a real sweetheart and willing to help you in any way possible. During a windstorm, my mom’s deck got smashed by a tree and as a joke, she asked him to go outside and retrieve something for her. The idea was for him to open the sliding glass door and see that the deck was gone, but he went sliding down what was left of the deck to get it for her. We laughed and laughed, but were so touched that he inconvenienced himself in that way. I am blessed to have my gay mormon friend in my life.

Probate estate was a total nightmare…

September 18, 2009 on 11:58 am | By | In Reference

It all sounded easy in the beginning. When my dad died and left me the executor of his estate we read the will and it all seemed easy and simple. I was the guy that had all the power and authority to sell and distribute the assets of his estate according to his will. Well, reality was very different. Being the executor of the probate estate basically, made me the target for everyone in my family to complain. They criticized me on every thing I did and a few things I didn’t do. It was a total nightmare handling my dad’s probate estate.
