Telling My Sister How She Can Use A Neck Scarf

She said that she will be attending a couple of business conventions in the coming months, and I know that she needs to buy new clothes. I told her that she should try using the scarf because it will allow her to use her old clothes. She can tie the scarf in any way that she wants, and it will definitely make her look good. I also use scarves a lot, and I prefer to spend my money on them rather than on new clothes.
